    Help – my teenage girl really struggles to go to bed and fall asleep – we always had a strict bed time routine – somehow it is not working anymore!

  • I would still continue a set bedtime routine.. have you incorporated any other relaxing techniques…. no screens at least 3 hours before bed, I would also check out holistic relaxation methods, we love using lavender essential oil in our home in a diffuser at bedtime.
