Homemade Thieves Hand Purifier

Homemade Thieves Hand Purifier

This homemade hand purifier – made using Young Living’s Thieves essential oil blend – provides cleaning power and immune support and no toxic chemicals (especially Triclosan, which is found in most antibacterial products). I shared my love of all things Thieves here and why I dislike Triclosan!

The other day I had run out of my ready made Thieves Hand Purifier I get directly from Young Living, so I decided to make my own. Now, remember, I am not much of a DIY person. This is not a strength for me, so I need SIMPLE! This recipe fit the bill.

I picked up a 4 oz plastic container at my local co-op for $.99 and was ready to get started, as I had all the other ingredients in my pantry.

Easy DIY Hand Purifier

Start with filling your squeeze bottle with aloe, about 2/3 full. Next add the Vitamin E Oil. Add 15 drops of Thieves essential oil and shake. Add distilled water to get the desired consistency you like.

I have created a label you can add using Avery Label #18163, but I have found the label is unlikely to stick for the long term. But you could use adhesive if you like.

Why not transition your family to less chemicals this year? To find out more on how you can bring Young Living Essential Oils into your home, check out my info page.
