NingXia Red Popsicles (Redsicles) for ALL!

NingXia Red Popsicles (Redsicles) for ALL!

I hope everyone had a fabulous 4th of July celebration with family and friends. We were out at the beach and our entire family was together. Somewhat of an incredible feat when you are a blended family.

Today I am sharing our new favorite summer treat – NingXia Redsicles. Simple, tasty and actually really good for you! Replace those high fructose corn syrup laden storebought popsicles with homemade and do a body good!Popsicle Molds

We use these Tovolo Star Ice Pop Molds – which have lasted great. I purchased them over two years ago from Amazon. Right now the pink ones are actually a little less expensive. They are so easy to use, stand up in the freezer with the handy stand, and I can put it all in the dishwasher.

Simple NingXia Redsicle Recipe

  • 1 1/4 cup Young Living NingXia Red
  • 3/4 water
  • 4 drops Young Living Vitality Orange Essential Oil (for a little added zing!)
  • 4 drops Young Living Vitality Lime Essential Oil (to give it a tropical flavor!)

Mix all the ingredients together in a glass or metal container and then pour into the popsicle molds. Freeze for 4-5 hours. Remove the popsicle mold, run under warm water for a few seconds, and then slide off to enjoy.

If you are unfamiliar with Ningxia Red and why on earth we would use this as a base for a popsicle, be sure to check out this previous post I shared on NingXia Red. We use it daily in our home, everyone taking a dose of 1-2 ounces daily to energize, fortify, and revitalize the body and support overall health and wellness, from head to toe.

Click here for details on how to purchase therapeutic grade essential oils and your very own NingXia Red too (the Premium Starter Kit comes with two sample sachets of Ningxia Red so you can try it out too!) and I have some free goodies to send you too which you will love – a Mom Survival Kit!

Here is one happy kiddo!

Any concerns or issues about using citrus oils in the mix and then putting them into a plastic popsicle mold?

  • No, the oils are such a small amount and freeze quickly – then pop out of the mold! I would be concerned if I were allowing the mixture to sit in the molds for a period of time before freezing.
